System Interface

This interface follows a dashboard layout pattern, which is commonly used in business management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to provide an overview of key performance indicators and facilitate quick access to core modules.

1. Module

Main navigation panel to switch modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Accounting) like clicking Accounting to manage invoices.

2. Collaboration Tools

This is the user control area — it contains quick actions and user information.

  • Star – possibly for favorites: quick access to favorite pages or modules.
  • Notifications – icon shows alerts, updates, or pending tasks.
  • Message1 badge – number of unread notifications or messages.

3. Profile

Administrator – displays the logged-in user account: clicking it often opens settings like profile, preferences, or logout.

Secondary navigation providing quick access to related actions and sub-menu items within each module. For example, under the Customers dropdown, items such as Invoice, Credit Notes, Payment, Product, and Customer are displayed.

5. Actions

The Action Buttons section allows users to quickly perform key invoice operations such as creating, importing, uploading, or exporting data.

  • Create – Used to manually add a new invoice (e.g., click Create to enter a new customer sale).
  • Import – Upload structured data (like Excel/CSV) to bulk-create invoices (e.g., import 100 invoices at once).
  • Upload – Attach or upload supporting documents/files (e.g., upload a scanned invoice or receipt).
  • Download – Export or download invoice data (e.g., download invoice list as a report or file).

6. Bookmarks and Search

1. Bookmarks

A bookmark is a quick link to a specific page or module in MAQSU ERP. Users can create bookmarks to frequently accessed pages or modules for faster navigation.


2. Search

Search function allows users to quickly find specific records across the system. The search bar is located at the top of the interface and is accessible from any page.

1. Type your search: Start typing the name, number, or keyword you're looking for. The search function will immediately begin suggesting relevant results.
2. Select a Search Option: Click on the search suggestion that matches what you're looking for. The system will navigate to the relevant page and display filtered results.

7. Views

This section displays the current record in a user-friendly format, depending on the type of record. The record display view is customizable, allowing users to choose the fields and layout that is most relevant to their business needs.

The List View presents records in a structured table format with rows and columns. Each row represents a record, and each column represents a field.

This view is ideal for:

  • Quickly scanning multiple records
  • Sorting data by clicking column headers
  • Filtering and grouping records
  • Performing bulk actions on multiple entries at once

It provides a compact and efficient way to manage large sets of data.


2. Kanban

The Card View (also known as Kanban view) displays records as individual cards. Each card highlights key information and is visually separated for easy recognition.

This view is ideal for:

  • Visual workflow management (e.g., sales pipelines or task stages)
  • Drag-and-drop organization between stages
  • Quickly identifying record status
  • Monitoring progress at a glance

It offers a more visual and interactive experience compared to the List View.


3. Activity

The Activity View focuses on scheduled actions, communications, and follow-ups related to records. It displays upcoming, overdue, and completed activities. This view is ideal for:

  • Tracking tasks and reminders
  • Monitoring deadlines
  • Managing calls, meetings, and emails
  • Ensuring timely follow-ups

It helps users stay organized and maintain consistent communication and task completion.

8. Pagination

Pagination feature allows users to navigate through large datasets efficiently. Records are organized into pages, with navigation arrows to move between pages.

Filters feature allows users to quickly narrow down large datasets based on specific criteria. Filtering can be applied to records, including customer, vendor, product, and sales order records.

10. Group By

Grouping feature allows users to organize the records based on specific criteria. Grouping can be applied to records, including Sale person, Partner, Status and more.
