A Manufacturing Order (MO) in MAQSU is a document used to plan, manage, and record the production of a specific quantity of a product.
In simple terms:
Manufacturing Order = an instruction to manufacture a product.
Create Manufacturing Order
To create a Manufacturing Order, go to Manufacturing ‣ Operations ‣ Manufacturing Orders
Next, click Create to create a new MO.
Fill in the following required and optional fields:
1. The final product to be manufactured (e.g., [WT-00001] Wooden Table).

2. Enter number of Quantity to Produce. The number of units of the finished product you intend to build (e.g., 1 Units). Generally when you selected a final product, it fill automatically.
3. Select Bill of Material .The recipe template associated with the selected product that defines which components and quantities are needed. Generally when you selected a final product, it fill automatically.

4. set Deadline. The mandatory target date by which the manufacturing process must be completed.
5. set Planned Date. The scheduled start and end timestamps for the manufacturing process.
6. set who Responsible. The user or employee assigned to oversee and manage this specific order (e.g., Administrator).
7. enter Source (Optional). The origin document that triggered this order (such as a Sales Order reference number or a reordering rule).
8. Components. The components are generally populated automatically based on the selected BoM.
9. Click on Mark as Todo
10. Click Check Availability to verify that all required raw materials are available for production.

When all required raw materials are available for production, the availability status will be displayed as shown below.

11. Click Produce.
