Reporting
Sales Reporting allows you to view, analyze, and track sales performance using structured reports. These reports help sales, operations, and accounting teams understand revenue, delivery status, and billing progress.

Sales Analysis
The Sales Analysis report helps you evaluate sales performance across time, products, customers, and teams. Use it to identify growth trends, compare results by category, and monitor revenue behavior for better planning and decision-making.
Graph
The Graph view helps you visualize sales data to quickly identify trends, comparisons, and contribution patterns. You can switch between different chart types depending on whether you want to compare values, track changes over time, or analyze percentage share.
1. Bar Chart View
A Bar Chart compares sales values across categories or periods side-by-side. It is best used when you want to clearly see which category performs better than others, such as sales by product, customer, salesperson, or month. Each bar represents a discrete value, making it easy to identify the highest and lowest performers at a glance. Bar charts are ideal for operational analysis and performance comparison because they highlight differences in magnitude between categories.

Key Uses:
- Compare sales by product, customer, or branch
- Monthly or quarterly sales comparison
- Performance analysis by salesperson
Tip: Use a Bar Chart when your data is grouped by category rather than continuous time trends.
2. Line Chart View
A Line Chart shows the trend of sales over time by connecting data points across a timeline. It is especially useful for identifying growth, decline, seasonality, and patterns in sales performance. This chart helps management understand how sales evolve over days, months, or years and supports forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Key Uses:
- Track monthly or yearly sales trends
- Identify seasonal sales patterns
- Monitor business growth or decline over time
Tip: Use a Line Chart when your data is time-based (daily, monthly, yearly) and you want to analyze trends instead of category comparison.
3. Pie Chart View
A Pie Chart shows how total sales are distributed across different categories, displaying each category as a percentage of the whole. It is useful for understanding contribution and share, such as which customer, product, or category generates the most revenue. Pie charts provide a quick visual summary of proportion rather than detailed comparisons.

Key Uses:
- Sales distribution by customer or product
- Revenue contribution by category or branch
- Market share or segment analysis
Tip: Use a Pie Chart when you want to visualize proportional contribution. For best readability, limit the number of categories (ideally fewer than 6-8) to avoid cluttered slices.
Measures
The Measures menu lets you choose which sales metrics are shown in the report. Select the measures relevant to your analysis to focus on quantities, invoicing status, revenue, margins, discounts, and logistics performance.

- Qty Ordered: Total quantity customers ordered (from Sales Orders).
- Qty Delivered: Quantity that has been physically delivered to customers. this is where Sales Delivery shows up in reports.
- Qty Invoiced: Quantity that has already been billed (invoices posted).
- Qty To Invoice(checked in your screenshot):Quantity that is delivered but not yet invoiced. Very useful for finding pending billing.
- Total: Total sales amount including tax.
- Untaxed Total: Total sales amount excluding tax.
- Untaxed Amount Invoiced: Value already invoiced (without tax).
- Untaxed Amount To Invoice: Value still to be invoiced (without tax).

Sales Register
The Sales Register provides a line-by-line list of confirmed sales transactions for the selected period. It helps you review what has been ordered, delivered, invoiced, and still pending so teams can track

Views
Use Views to change how sales data is displayed. Switch between table, pivot, and chart layouts to review details, totals, and trends in the format that best fits your analysis.
1. List
List view displays each sales record as rows with key columns such as date, customer, product, quantity, and amount. Use it when you want a clear, line-by-line view for quick checking and review.

1. Pivot
Pivot view shows sales data in a structured table with grouped rows and calculated totals. It is useful for detailed analysis when you need to compare metrics across products, customers, or periods.

Filters
Use these filters to separate draft records from confirmed sales.

- Quotations: Shows only draft or sent offers that have not yet been confirmed as official orders.
- Sales Orders: Displays confirmed contracts or transactions that are ready for processing.
- Cancelled: Filters for orders that were voided and will not result in revenue.
- Partial/Fully Delivered: Filters based on the physical movement of goods. "Fully Delivered" ensures that the customer has received all items ordered.
- Partial/Fully Invoiced: Tracks the financial side of the register. "Fully Invoiced" indicates that the customer has been billed for the entire order.
- Partial/Fully Invoiced: Tracks the financial side of the register. "Fully Invoiced" indicates that the customer has been billed for the entire order.
- Date: Allows you to filter the register by specific time periods, such as the spike seen on February 9, 2026, in your chart.
- Add Custom Filter: Used to create highly specific views, such as filtering for a specific customer, salesperson, or product type.
Group By
Use Group By to organize sales records into meaningful sections so you can analyze totals faster. You can group by Customer, Product, Date, or Salesperson, and you can also use Add Custom Group for advanced analysis based on your reporting needs.

Export
Use Export to download the current Sales report data into a file for sharing, offline analysis, or audit documentation. The export respects your active filters, groupings, and selected measures so the output matches exactly what you are viewing.
